Martina was born in Otjiwarongo and grew up in various towns across Namibia due to her parents' careers including Walvis Bay, Tsumeb, Swakopmund and Stampriet in the Kalahari.
Martina began her professional journey in hospitality at Picardi Guesthouse in Paarl, Cape Town. She later worked at Kikka, a popular coffee and florist shop, before returning to Namibia. There, she gained experience at a preschool while also building a small beauty business. In December 2020, she took time off to welcome her daughter Ava.
In 2024, Martina joined our accounts team at Namibia Tours & Safaris, where she assists with bookkeeping, invoicing and helping the team run smoothly.
Martina’s favourite place in Namibia is Swakopmund, renowned for its stunning coastline and historical appeal. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and practicing makeup artistry. Her ideal holiday blends luxury with nature, and she is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for travellers.
