Like a fairytale come true, Carlyn married her high school love and they have added an adorable and adored little boy to the clan. Lucky for Carlyn, her mom and in-laws also live in Swakopmund so she’s got willing babysitters on call.
After school, Carlyn went to study in Cape Town along with the rest of Namibia it would seem. Two years later and a Hotel Management Diploma under her belt she came home - not even the glorious Cape Town has any sway over a born-and-bred Namibian. She did rather enjoy the in-house training at the wine farms it must be said and garnered more than a passing interest in that particular beverage during her time there.
Carlyn is in charge of all things accounts: credits, debits and all that jazz. With her bookkeeping skills she's got serious value here at NTS: anyone who enjoys crunching numbers is a rare gem indeed and one we’re glad to have on board.
The perfect Namibia holiday for Carlyn? True to her roots, it has to be a simple bush or beach camping adventure with her family and close friends and a good bottle of wine to share around the campfire.
