Born in Windhoek and raised in Swakopmund, Andrea has always been drawn to the great outdoors and the thrill of exploration. After finishing school at Windhoek Afrikaanse Hoerskool in 2020, she took a gap year during COVID, working at a local restaurant and helping with admin before diving into the world of retail.
Her passion for travel and tourism led her to Sense of Africa, where she spent almost two years, gaining invaluable experience before joining NTS. Andrea's love for exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations, from the Kalahari to Victoria Falls, is matched only by her enthusiasm for helping others create unforgettable memories.
When she's not assisting travellers, Andrea enjoys hiking, walking in scenic spots to recharge, and dreaming of the day she owns a 4x4 to explore even further. As a true family person, she cherishes the memories made with loved ones on weekend camping trips along Namibia’s coastline.
Her favourite travel tip? Never underestimate the power of a multi-port charger. And her best-kept secret? A scarf or pashmina is the ultimate travel accessory.
