Lucia is quiet and reserved with a pleasant and humble manner. She’s happy to just get on with it and that she does. Everything is spotless, neat and tidy, just the way we like it and as it should be for your arrival. She’s in charge of making sure that everything is in order and she does it with grace.
Lucia grew up in the north of Namibia in Ovamboland with her family but later moved to the capital in search of a career. Now living in Windhoek with her partner and children, she came by NTS and we couldn’t be happier that she did. She’s dedicated, hardworking and keeps things in apple-pie order.
A women of faith, Lucia loves her church community and being involved. It’s often what keeps her busy on the weekends, that and spending time with her loved ones. She’s committed to the things that matter to her and her job is another that tops this list. She’s soft-hearted but serious about ensuring things are spick and span and we’re pretty sure she also ensures the boys at the Windhoek office are kept in check.
Lucia is kind and friendly with a beaming smile, happy to welcome you and always on hand to assist. Don’t forget she makes a mighty fine cup of coffee, as probably the only one in the office who actually knows how the coffee machine works, so feel free to request one. She’ll be all but too glad you asked.
Our guides are exceptional human beings one and all. Their love of people, country, history, flora, fauna and a jolly good time is entirely contagious and their professionalism, expertise and trustworthiness will set your heart at ease from the moment you leave the arrivals terminal.
