Burger Jordaan has spent over two decades leading unforgettable experiences for adventurers from around the globe. Born into the heart of Namibia's Karakul farming community, his childhood playground was the expansive red sand dunes of the Namib Desert. Here, among the mountains and dunes, Burger's love for nature took root.

Beginning his career in hospitality, Burger quickly ascended the ranks to become a Lodge Manager. Yet, his thirst for adventure beckoned him beyond the confines of the lodge. Transitioning seamlessly into the role of Safari Guide, Burger's childhood knowledge and extensive research transformed him into an expert guide, renowned for his intimate understanding of the land and its inhabitants.

Throughout his career, Burger has pursued excellence, continuously honing his skills and knowledge in all areas including: desert ecology, desert elephant behaviour and coastal ecosystems. And, with a knack for preparing sumptuous meals over open fires and a characterful charm, Burger has become a staple in the safari industry. Over the years, he has led countless expeditions throughout Southern Africa, with Namibia and Botswana holding a special place in his heart.
