Lucinda Jooste

Originally from Namibia, Lucinda grew up in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, before returning to Namibia to start her career in tourism. She worked her way up from assistant roles, gaining experience in reservations, public relations, and tour consulting along the way, which gave her a broad understanding of the travel industry.

Lucinda’s love for Namibia comes through in her favourite destinations, like the awe-inspiring Namib Desert, the rugged beauty of Damaraland, and the wild Skeleton Coast. These places speak to her deep connection with landscapes that are both stunning and full of culture. After spending two years in Italy, Lucinda also developed a deep affection for the country. She’s fully confident in her ability to converse in Italian and loves sharing the culture, food, and warm hospitality that Italy has to offer.

When she’s not working, Lucinda enjoys reading, baking, and dabbling in gardening. She also loves travelling with her two daughters, inspiring them to explore and discover new places.
