At the end of each day, relax in rustic tents or standard accommodation - no setup required. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our representative who will whisk you away to Urban Camp in Windhoek, a unique camping experience nestled in a tranquil garden oasis. This cosy spot features comfortable tents and rooms that blend nature with urban comfort perfect for travellers seeking a relaxed stay near Namibia's capital. Tonight, gather with your guide for a fun briefing where you can ask any questions you may have. The rest of today is yours to kick back and unwind. Enjoy the camp’s modern facilities, such as shared bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a communal kitchen, or relax in the cosy lounge or shaded garden with a sparkling pool. For dinner, why not explore the vibrant local scene and grab a bite at one of Windhoek's popular restaurants? Tomorrow, the real adventure begins as you follow your guide in your rented Jimny, making stops at exciting sites while chatting over two-way radios.

Day 2 & 3: Sossusvlei

Before you set off from Windhoek, grab a bite to eat and pick up some supplies for the journey ahead. Then, you’ll travel by convoy for 360 kilometres (about a 4-5 hour drive) to Desert Quiver Camp, where you’ll be staying for the next two nights. Your guide will make stops at highlights along the way, allowing you to soak in the beautiful scenery. Upon arrival, you can kick back with a sundowner in the dunes or enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time at the pool. On Day 3, wake up early to prepare breakfast and head to the entrance of Sossusvlei at the Sesriem Gate. Spend the entire day exploring the stunning Sossusvlei area, taking in highlights like Sossusvlei, Dead Vlei, Dune 45, Big Daddy, Elim Dune, and the Sesriem Canyon. You’ll return to the lodge for lunch (optional extra) or arrange a packed lunch to enjoy in the dunes before heading back in the late afternoon for a well-deserved rest. For those seeking a bit more adventure, optional activities like hot air balloon safaris and nature drives are available. At Desert Quiver Camp, modern self-catering chalets offer comfort and stunning views, making it a great base for your Namibian adventure.

Day 4 & 5: Swakopmund

On Day 4, set off from Desert Quiver Camp for an exciting journey to Swakopmund, covering 400 kilometres in about 4-5 hours. Once you arrive, you’ll check into the Swakopmund Luxury Suites, where you’ll enjoy bed and breakfast during your stay. Take some time to explore the charming beachfront, visit the Swakopmund Museum and check out the Crystal Gallery. On Day 5, you can continue your adventure in Swakopmund with another hearty breakfast before diving into thrilling activities. Get your adrenaline pumping with optional extra activiites such as quad biking or sandboarding on the dunes, or opt for a leisurely boat cruise in Walvis Bay and a stroll through local markets. For those eager to explore further, optional day trips (extra cost) include the Welwitschia drive and a Moon Landscape tour. With so much to see and do, Swakopmund promises an unforgettable blend of relaxation and adventure.

Day 6: Damaraland

On Day 6, you’ll embark on a scenic drive from Swakopmund to Spitzkoppe in Damaraland, covering 150 kilometres in about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive, you’ll settle into your self-catering Spitzkoppe Cabins, where you can enjoy the freedom to prepare your own meals. Spend your day exploring the stunning and unique rock formations that make this area so special. There are plenty of hiking trails to choose from, offering breathtaking views and the chance to immerse yourself in nature. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit ancient rock paintings that provide a glimpse into the region’s rich history. It’s a perfect day for adventure and discovery in this remarkable landscape.

Day 7: Damaraland

On Day 7, you’ll drive 130 kilometres (about 2-3 hours) from Spitzkoppe to Brandberg, where you’ll stay in rustic tents at Brandberg White Lady Lodge and enjoy self-catering meals. Your day will be filled with adventure as you visit the famous White Lady rock painting, explore the stunning Brandberg area, and take in scenic drives and hiking opportunities in this breathtaking landscape.

Day 8 & 9: Etosha National Park
(2 nights)
On Day 8, you'll set off from Brandberg for a scenic 440-kilometre drive (about 5-6 hours) to the southern entrance of Etosha National Park at the Anderson Gate. After breakfast, your guide will lead the convoy, stopping at Khorixas before reaching Outjo, where you can enjoy a fantastic midway break at Etosha Corner - a community-based farm stall with a restaurant and local crafts, perfect for lunch and stocking up on supplies. If time permits, you’ll enter Etosha for an afternoon game drive, with your guide using two-way radios to communicate as you explore and stop at various waterholes. You should arrive at your lodge in time for lunch (optional extra) before settling in for the night. On Day 9, you’ll spend the day on thrilling morning and afternoon game drives, visiting different waterholes and immersing yourself in the incredible wildlife of Etosha, which is home to 114 species of mammals and 340 species of birds, making it one of Africa's premier game parks.

Day 10: Windhoek
On your final day, you'll make your way back to Windhoek, covering 405 kilometres in around 5 hours, where you'll drop off your vehicle and wrap up your holiday. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Remember to arrive at the airport two hours before your international flight. The airport is about an hours drive from town - so booking a late flight is highly recommended for a stress-free conclusion to your adventure.
