Kalahari Anib Campsite

Kalahari Anib Campsite

Please note: Our review of this property has not yet been added. Watch this space. We're working on it.

As a tailor-made tour operator, we often have to get creative when designing your perfect itinerary.

For example, your travel consultant might add this property to your itinerary if:

Location is a significant factor
It offers a unique feature that will enhance your experience
This is a last-minute booking and room availability is limited
Cost is a factor and you'd rather splash out on another part of your trip
This is a newly opened or refurbished property that we have not inspected yet

When designing your custom itinerary we have much to consider not least of which is the value proposition of every product and service included in your quote. In all cases we strive to give you the best experience possible within your budget so please feel free to ask your travel consultant to share their reasons for including this property in your itinerary.

Each of the 3 private campsites are comprised of a shaded interlocked ‘chill’ and barbeque area which leads to the wash up area and private ablutions at the back. Just set up camp and relax. This is pure respite.

By day, under the harsh African sun beating down on red earth, it can get hot (really hot) and by night it's open skies and stars a-billion. The southern night sky is an offering like no other. You might not believe it until you've experienced it for yourself. Sit. Unwind. Look up in wonder.

For supplies you can pop in to a shop in Mariental if need be. Buy wood at lodge reception or choose to dine at the lodge restaurant. Now there's a good idea: let someone else do the cooking at  Kalahari Anib Lodge where the standards are pretty good. You don't want to miss out. You'll thank us later.

Whilst out and about keep your eyes peeled as there are often wandering springbok, oryx, zebra and wildebeest nearby. What? Wildlife in the Desert? Don't take our word for it. You'll see.
