With Etosha on your doorstep and the lodge itself on a private game reserve, Emanya is well positioned for the safari leg of your Namibia tour.

Accommodation is in 20 large and luxurious chalets with en suite bathrooms, twin or queen-sized double beds, and either a bath or shower (let us know your preference so we can book the appropriate room) and a private balcony. The main living area is expansive and the simple, open-sided design and restrained décor are as refreshing as the massive pool around which life revolves.

Dining is at individual tables and the wine cellar offers private dining. Food is African grill with good quality meat and plenty of it. With a view of a waterhole, the mood is one of permanent anticipation as any of several mammals pop in for an evening tipple including giraffe, eland, kudu, sable, roan, oryx, waterbuck, wildebeest and wild ostrich.

Etosha National Park - Namibia' biggest and most famous game reserve - is 20 minutes from the lodge and Emanya offers guided full day excursions into Namibia’s flagship park.

Note: all Etosha lodges, except for five government-owned establishments, are located on the outer edge of the park. All of the lodges offer guided safari day trips into Etosha as well safaris on their own grounds.
