Currently the only operating direct flight from Europe is the daily direct flight from Germany to Windhoek, but Ethiopian Airlines and Qatar Airways offer frequent flights into Windhoek too with Emirates, KLM, Edelweiss and Turkish Airlines planned for the near future as well.
Alternatively, there are daily flights by major airlines to Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa where you can easily catch a connecting flight to Windhoek or Walvis Bay. It’s a short hop over (approximately 2 hours).

Thes above are currently the only direct flight options. Alternatively you could fly via South Africa to Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) or Livingstone (Zambia) and for Botswana via South Africa to Maun or Kasane – there are flights from both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Other options to connect with neighbouring countries would be to include national flights within Namibia to the nearest destination to the border crossing and then include transfers as necessary by road or alternatively a private charter flight between destinations.
