Zambezi Queen

Zambezi Queen

Please note: Our review of this property has not yet been added. Watch this space. We're working on it.

As a tailor-made tour operator, we often have to get creative when designing your perfect itinerary.

For example, your travel consultant might add this property to your itinerary if:

Location is a significant factor
It offers a unique feature that will enhance your experience
This is a last-minute booking and room availability is limited
Cost is a factor and you'd rather splash out on another part of your trip
This is a newly opened or refurbished property that we have not inspected yet

When designing your custom itinerary we have much to consider not least of which is the value proposition of every product and service included in your quote. In all cases we strive to give you the best experience possible within your budget so please feel free to ask your travel consultant to share their reasons for including this property in your itinerary.

Moored on the banks of the Caprivi Strip, the Zambezi Queen swanks a 45 meter luxury boat set over 3 levels, with 14 luxury cabins all en-suite, floor to ceiling windows and private balconies purposely designed to maximize you game viewing opportunities even while lying in bed.

Located on the first and second levels, cabins are well presented, with all the necessary amenities despite the fact that you're really on a very fancy boat. Beyond the louver shutters and large sliding doors that bring in the cool air and vanquish the heat, the Chobe River in all her glory.

The top deck is where all the action happens, fully air-conditioned and no expense spared interior prepared for dining, lounging and drinking in complete comfort with full views of the river from all sides.

The Zambezi Queen caters a rather opulent safari experience, gastronomically and indulgently with full English breakfasts, buffet lunches and formal dinners enjoyed alongside a private sun deck with pool, intimate library, well equipped bar.

360 Degree ever changing views of the Chobe River and national park can be enjoyed from anywhere on the boat, frequented by hippo, crocodiles and plenty game life drinking, feeding and hunting on the river edge.

If keeping busy is more your thing, you can try your hand at tiger fishing in season, game viewing safaris in your own private boat where get your pretty close to nature without scaring them off, and you can even hop off the boat for a cultural visit to the nearby African villages before setting off on a late afternoon game drive.

The Zambezi Queen is a great way to explore the wilderness, experience nature from a different angle and see ever-changing landscapes with all the creature comforts of home at your disposal.
