The main building has a deck which overlooks the olive grove which gave this luxury boutique hotel its name, dinner under the stars is a wonderful experience, not just because of the setting but also because the food is perfectly prepared and served by friendly, well-trained staff. Breakfasts are a treat with a first course served on a stand towering with fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt and bread just out of the oven, followed by a cooked breakfast made to order.
