With expansive views of the Knysna Heads and Featherbed Nature Reserve, or lush private gardens, Amanzi Island Boutique Hotel’s 15 spacious Sea View and Garden Suites have been designed in neutral and seaside hues to match their surroundings. Featuring all modern conveniences, including air-conditioning, they sleep up to 3 people, and make the perfect base from which to set off on Garden Route adventures.

During the day, take advantage of the complimentary bike service to explore Knysna on two wheels, or take to the waters to try kayaking or paddle-boarding. The lagoon also makes for a refreshing swim – for more privacy, the hotel’s infinity pool comes with gorgeous lagoon views.

Come evening, enjoy a drink on the terrace, taking in those incredible lagoon views, before a relaxed al-fresco dinner at the Terrace Restaurant. Exclusively for hotel guests, chef Lucky serves a South African-inspired menu that makes the most of the local seafood and fresh produce.
