Kaylee’s trip took her through a variety of experiences. At The Weinberg, she liked the friendly staff and clean rooms, but found the restaurant food average and breakfast service a bit chaotic. Transfers with Wild Horizons were a highlight, with friendly, knowledgeable drivers and clean buses that felt like game drives themselves. At Chobe Safari Lodge, she enjoyed the friendly staff and clean rooms but found the busy atmosphere and crowded boat cruises a bit overwhelming. Chobe Game Lodge was a standout with its beautiful setting, attentive service, and eco-friendly touches, like electric boats. The Wallow, her top pick, impressed her with great food and all-inclusive activities. She wasn’t as keen on Old Drift Lodge and Elephant Camp, which felt a bit sloppy and had rooms too spread out, respectively. For activities, she loved the Sunset Zambezi Cruise’s five-course meal, enjoyed the family-friendly Semunye Musical, and thought the Look Out Café had a great view and food. The Dusty Road Township Food experience was interesting but not ideal for pregnant women. Discover Airlines had mixed reviews; while it’s great to have flights on that route, the service left a lot to be desired.
