Timbila Private Villa

Timbila Private Villa

Please note: Our review of this property has not yet been added. Watch this space. We're working on it.

As a tailor-made tour operator, we often have to get creative when designing your perfect itinerary.

For example, your travel consultant might add this property to your itinerary if:

Location is a significant factor
It offers a unique feature that will enhance your experience
This is a last-minute booking and room availability is limited
Cost is a factor and you'd rather splash out on another part of your trip
This is a newly opened or refurbished property that we have not inspected yet

When designing your custom itinerary we have much to consider not least of which is the value proposition of every product and service included in your quote. In all cases we strive to give you the best experience possible within your budget so please feel free to ask your travel consultant to share their reasons for including this property in your itinerary.

You’ll want for nothing here, except to stay longer. It’s exquisite and as exclusive as it gets. Your very own five-bedroomed villa set on the pristine Timbila Nature Reserve offers incredible wildlife encounters and relaxation in abundance. It sounds surreal and it is.

You’ll be impressed by the sheer size of it from the moment you arrive. It’s beyond spacious with multiple lounge and dining areas inside and out. It’s quite frankly a little overwhelming but for all the right reasons. Your every heart’s desire is met here. Sit back, relax and enjoy every moment of it.

It’s elegant and modern in neutral shades throughout. A double-volume delight with comfortable furniture and fancy finishes. It’s paired back yet oh so lavish. Proud yet humble at the same time, which leaves you feeling both at home and treated like royalty all in one. A fine balance they manage to achieve effortlessly in the accommodation and service offering.

On the Timbila Nature Reserve you’ll enjoy wilderness drives, guided nature walks, animal tracking and a chance to explore conservation first-hand. Nestled into the plains of the reserve, everything about the villa and your stay here is exceptional.

Activities

Discover the roots of the Timbila Nature Reserve and explore all that takes place behind the scenes. Go on nature and conservation drives early morning or after breakfast and even at sunset. Animal tracking takes you as close as you can get to rhinos, elephants and even lions. A guided nature walk immerses you in the wilderness. Nearby rock engravings tell an ancient tale and if you are here with your own vehicle, head off on a 4x4 self-drive to explore the terrain at your own pace.

Spa treatments or a yoga session on deck will see you rejuvenated, relaxed and refreshed. In this setting, even simply soaking in the view is enough to while away the days. Whatever you choose, it’s up to you.
