Avani Victoria Falls Resort

Avani Victoria Falls Resort

Please note: Our review of this property has not yet been added. Watch this space. We're working on it.

As a tailor-made tour operator, we often have to get creative when designing your perfect itinerary.

For example, your travel consultant might add this property to your itinerary if:

Location is a significant factor
It offers a unique feature that will enhance your experience
This is a last-minute booking and room availability is limited
Cost is a factor and you'd rather splash out on another part of your trip
This is a newly opened or refurbished property that we have not inspected yet

When designing your custom itinerary we have much to consider not least of which is the value proposition of every product and service included in your quote. In all cases we strive to give you the best experience possible within your budget so please feel free to ask your travel consultant to share their reasons for including this property in your itinerary.

An African palace of vibrant colours. A combination of Zambian elements and East African artefacts. A resort of 212 rooms and suites, a five-minute walk from the falls. You have unlimited and complimentary access. Plus you can enjoy the viewing decks at sister property, The Royal Livingstone Hotel

The Avani Victoria Falls Resort has it all, including different room types (from standard to ultra-luxury), all essential amenities, boma dinners with traditional dancing and multiple other dining options for you to explore. It’s as much an adventure for your taste buds as is the destination in terms of sightseeing and activities. Although a large hotel, with so many options, it hardly feels the size.

Grab your sunglasses and your Panama hat, add a cocktail and the view of grazing zebra on the lawn. Expect service that will make you feel welcome and at home. Expect a setting and all the extras to make you feel like you’re on holiday. Now that’s how it should be!

Activities

A hub for activities, there’s plenty to do in Victoria Falls other than visiting Victoria Falls which is a given. Visit the falls from the Zambian side and the Zimbabwean side.

With an activity desk at the hotel, they’ll arrange everything for you including any transfers necessary. So what are your options? Plenty!

Guided tours of the falls; helicopter or microlight flights; white water rafting (seasonal); river cruises; Zambian village experience; the Livingstone Express; Livingstone Museum; Game drives in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park; Mukuni Park and curios market; Devil’s Pool (seasonal) and more.

The options really are endless and to top it all, there are spa treatments too. With so many choices, you may just need to stay longer. Adrenaline. Check. Wildlife. Check. Sightseeing. Check. Pamper. Triple check.
