Ivan Naribs Reise in das Herz der afrikanischen Wildnis begann 1999 als Field Guide im Sossusvlei Camp. Seine Abenteuerlust führte ihn bei seiner Arbeit als Field Guide in namhaften Lodges in ganz Namibia durch unterschiedlichste Landschaften, darunter: Ongava und Onguma in Etosha, Damaraland Camp, Skeleton Coast Camp, Lianshulu Lodge im Caprivi-Streifen sowie Desert Homestead.
Ivans unstillbares Fernweh führte ihn schließlich dazu, die Freiheit als freiberuflicher Reiseleiter zu genießen, wo er heute sein umfangreiches Wissen und seine Leidenschaft für Abenteuer in Namibia, Botswana und Simbabwe weitergibt.
Mit seinem erzählerischen Talent und seinem ausgeprägten Sinn für Humor begeistert Ivan seine Gäste mühelos und macht jeden Ausflug zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
