"Beyond my parents' expectations and we had an amazing time"

We're safe and sound back home in DK now. To put it shortly the tour was (again) fantastic and even beyond my parents' expectations and we had an amazing time. A few notes (chronologically) that might be of interest to you:

- The tour to Sossusvlei at Hoodia was not included in the accommodation as we had expected, but came at a rather hefty 1400 ZAR (I think it was) pr. person as a full day tour, lunch included. We chose to do it independently (also lacking time) and once again had an unforgettable experience
- Kipwe and Mowani was out of this world, as was Onguma in Etosha
- Chobe Elephant Camp was so much more than what we had expected! One thing was that both drinks and park fees were included, but what really made it great was the atmosphere there; that you eat with your guides and in fact have your very own guide. Our guide Bashin was the best guide I've ever had anywhere and was extremely knowledgeable about everything, apart from being a great and kind guy. Highly recommended!
- The border crossing between Botswana and Zimbabwe was a bit more cumbersome than we hoped, as it was a bus that had to pick up 20 persons at different hotels. At the other side of the border we had to wait for other people to pass the rather time consuming immigration procedures, so at the end of the day we would really have preferred (and had hoped) that the transfer was just a cap for us, especially since we had so little time in Vic Falls
- Vic Falls and especially the hotel was fantastic, and I'm so glad you persuaded us to go!

Other than that I and my family wish to thank you for your great and competent help in getting our luggage – again, this was more than we could expect and really what makes your service stand out.

So as you might expect we're (and also my parents) are hoping to come back very soon, but not sure when. But me and Kristine discussed that Botswana would be the perfect place for a honeymoon (ending up at Vic Falls Hotel of course), so should we decide to take that step one day you can be sure to hear from us again! ;)
