The Enquiry Builder is a tool that lets you add specific accommodation, tours, activities, and destinations to your enquiry.
The items you add to your enquiry are not converted into an itinerary by any clunky and impersonal software. Instead your enquiry is sent to our friendly consultants who use it as a starting point for creating your dream safari, holiday, or tour of Namibia.
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything; we only make bookings on your behalf once we have confirmed your itinerary and received your deposit. For more information see the Booking Conditions section.
Browse our website to add accommodation, tours, activities, and destinations to your enquiry by clicking on the Add to My Enquiry button.
After adding an item, you can return to the page you were on by clicking the 'Go Back' button.
You can click My Enquiry (above the right-hand menu) at any time to review or send your enquiry to us.
You don't have to add items to your enquiry if you don't want to: just provide us with some contact details and any special requests. We'll do the rest.
If there are no items in your enquiry, you can tick the destinations you're interested in and click the 'Add Selected' button.
When you are happy with your enquiry, complete the form and click the Enquire Now button.
A copy of your enquiry is automatically mailed to your primary address.
Our friendly tour consultants will reply to you and start creating your itinerary.
And finally, if all that sounds like too much bother, there's always the
Quick Enquiry option, which asks for your name, email address, and a short message.
Remember: sending an enquiry is only the start of the booking process and you are not obliged to make any payments, bookings, or scary fine-print pledges.
