Upstairs is Chez Wou, run by a Philippino family and offering an excellent menu with a variety of Asian influences; the pool terrace serves light meals and refreshments all day; the coffee lounge has a large selection of blends; the jazz bar tends toward the refined and the casino beneath it throngs day in and day out to the gaudy tune of its slot machines.
