Accommodation Description

Beneath the shade of an age-old garden, Pension Bougan Villa is a charming and homely guesthouse that isn't half as twee as its name suggests. The original manor house dates back to 1912 and the wooden floorboards, bright African colours and hand-crafted furniture create an air of ageless elegance.

The house has five rooms, each decorated with individual care and labelled according to its subtle pastel colours: lavender, yellow, blue, green and maroon. Each has a full en suite bathroom, satellite TV, mini bar and an internet connection.

The garden is lush and full of blossom. In its centre is a large secluded pool with a pergola beneath yet more shady trees.

The guesthouse has a bright and cheery breakfast room and serves refreshments from its licensed bar; there are several restaurants in and around the city, a short drive away.
