The Swakopmund Hotel is one of the town's best hotels. It is also the biggest. The sprawling complex is built around the town's original neo-Gothic railway station and houses the hotel with a large casino and entertainment centre.

There are several menus - including a barbecue, a German themed pub menu and a grill menu - and two restaurants to choose from. Keeping you and the kids happy is a bar and casino, shops, a gym and a reflexologist, a babysitting service and a children's play area.
